One Group Is Better (& They Have Distinctive Markings)

Wow - it "works" like this when you're out of school, and after it, too - even for individuals:

"In America, the wealthiest school is going to get ten times more funding than the lowest one."

And, using this philosophy, that thing they call "the income gap" has never been closed?
